Position Summary:

Deli Team Members are an essential part of Brine’s Market and Deli, as they deal directly with our

customers by assisting them with purchases and suggesting items to complement a specific gathering.

Deli Team Members help to ensure that the Deli is clean, stocked, visually appealing, and that our

customers receive the best service in the St. Croix valley. Deli Team Members may also be asked to

provide general support to other areas of the store when needed.

Who We're Looking For:

A reliable, positive person who shows up each day ready to help the team create an excellent guest

experience. If you have food experience, great - if not, we are willing to train!

Schedule:

3 - 5 shifts per week including some weekends. Current shifts available may vary and can

include will include mainly daytime hours. Family friendly stores hours! No late nights! Closed on all

major holidays!

Essential Job Functions:

This position requires frequent standing as well as walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching,

stooping, pulling, fine motor manipulation, climbing (ladders), lifting of up to 50lbs, the ability to work

on a point-of-sale system, and move around our store and storage rooms with or without reasonable

accommodation.
